At Questo we like to turn our knowledge into resources that can help others. This knowledge comes from experience, from synthesising multiple sources, and from innovating new ways to tackle challenges.

The Resources page on our website is a curated collection of free resources made by us, and recommended resources made by others.

This week we add two new items to the collection.

Circles of Control, Influence and Concern (PDF) An A4 poster to remind and prompt better choices about how to respond to difficult situations. The three circles come from work originally attributed to Steven Covey in his book, “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”.

Hope, Trust, Compassion & Stability Aspects of Change (PDF) A A4 poster to remind about key factors in designing change experiences for people. The four aspects in this poster are expanded upon in a past blog: A human lens for Change Management

[Side Note: Like the artwork? The artist Simon Kneebone comes with my highest recommendation for the work he produces and the way he collaborates in producing it.]

An item already in the collection that people say they’ve valued is:

Caring for People in Change (PDF) Ideas for self-care. During change or even just work life in general, it’s important to keep self (and your team) healthy and well in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions. Even the small things make a difference, so don’t forget to add some into your daily habits.

May this knowledge bring goodness into the workscapes you inhabit.

Author: Helen Palmer is Founder and Principal Change Agent at Questo. Like Winnie the Pooh, she ‘sits and thinks’ … and imagines how people can make a better life for others and themselves. She likes to share those thoughts with the possibility that they inspire and initiate meaningful change.
