Design Sprints and Workshops

Don’t leave it to chance. Prepare yourself to make effective change by diving into what is needed to support people in transition.

Our workshops are a practical way to discover and create vital knowledge with your people to shape the change design. They are also a powerful way to involve a variety of people in the change process from the earliest stages.  Sprints are a series of workshops across a short time-frame with work undertaken by participants between sessions.

We are skilled at creating unique co-design workshops to meet your need. We also have three standard workshops that give you a taste of what’s possible:

  1. Evaluating People Risks
  2. Assessing Change Impacts
  3. Designing Stakeholder Engagement

Who are they for?

The workshops and sprints are for teams preparing to make change. You may be changing the way people work, or introducing a new practice, process or technology. Participants include people in roles leading the change, for example, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Business Managers; and people who will be directly affected by the change.
